Testimonials
TH gave me exercises and stretches to strengthen my foot/ankle/leg muscles that were affected by my injury. I could do the exercises at home and some as a warm up at the climbing gym. I noticed gains pretty quickly both on the wall and in my daily life.
I looked forward to going to PT and getting new exercises and seeing progress each week instead of viewing it as another chore I had to do as part of the healing process. Although I still need a few more weeks of strengthening a specific muscle/movement I'm sure based on previous results the exercises provided will unlock the last remaining piece of the puzzle needed to get me back to pre injury levels.
TH is stoked on healing people and pays attention to your specific needs. You can tell he likes what he does. You can also tell he is up to date on the latest science. His knowledge combined with his expert eye and time spent with me resulted in him seeing and spotting my current weaknesses and coming up with a plan to target the weaknesses so I could get stronger.
I encourage anyone to see TH if you are a climber and also to continue with your physical therapy and not just as a quick fix but to build strength and healing.
